Another event coming up for Fast and Loose is the Darkroom on 8 June - 10 June 2011 with Children Of Vision, Jimmy D, and General Cucumber.

Vintage Textile and Clothing Fair 2011

Coming up is the annual Vintage Textile Fair on the 28 August 2011, from 10am to 5pm. It is at the same venue as the last few years: Tasman Room, Alexandra Park Raceway, Cnr Greenlane and Manukau Road, Epsom, Auckland.

There is plenty of free parking and a cash machine on site although those who have been in the past will know it is wise to bring cash as there is always a giant line for the atm.

A Means to an End

At the end of May we will be closing the doors of Fast and Loose in St Kevin's Arcade. Search and Destroy will remain open to fly the flag. I am moving into styling and wardrobe but will resurrect Fast and Loose for pop up stores and try to have a regular presence online, either via Trade Me or the blog. I will also still have a stall at the Vintage Textile Fair in August this year. Heartfelt thanks to our faithful customers and staff over the years, it has been a blast.
